Can I drop off or pick up my dog outside of your designated hours?
Answer: We try to be as flexible and accommodating as we can to all
customers. We know travel schedules can be difficult, so all we ask is that you
talk to us about your schedule ahead of time so we can work something out that
will accommodate your schedule and ours. Usually we can be open outside of our
normal hours if it is planned in advance.
We
also have set hours because our guests need time to rest and relax without
interruption.

Please
note:
If we are not expecting anyone for an appointment time, we will sometimes
adjust our own personal schedule to run errands and go to appointments.
|
Also,
if you should arrive at a time that is different than the one you prearranged
with us (you arrive earlier or later than your appointment time) you also take
a chance of not having us be here when you arrive.
